Opus Crit
Raced the Opus crit last Tuesday and had a blast. I was able to stay up near the front for the whole race, but did not have the legs to contest any of the sprints. That day, before the race I did a 6 minute power test followed by a 50 mile ride. My legs were a bit toast by the time race time came around. The best part of the night was that Pam and Gracie came to watch. Every time I passed them I would hear Pam yell "Go Daddy" and then I would hear Gracie yell "Go Daddy!". There is nothing hearing your wife and child cheer you on in the race.
