No longer will I buy medicine at Target
Target is allowing their pharmacists to refuse filling a perscription written by a doctor for a patient if it goes against their religous beliefs. This argument usually centers around birth-control pills, but don't forget once the door is open, any drug is up for grabs. For example, there are religions and cultures that do not believe in modern medicine, so does that give the right for a pharmacist to refuse cancer fighting drugs, high blood pressure pills, etc?

Sad day for American Cycling
Due to politics and personalitites, the 2006 San Francisco Grand Prix road race will be cancelled. This was by far the hardest and best one day race on American soil. It attracted teams from around the world and brought out the best American cyclists.

Update
Lately work has been quite busy. Life at home as well. Gracie is doing unbelievably well and growing up way to fast (gosh I sound like my parents). She is sitting up and talking to us constantly. She can roll from her back to her stomach and then back again. She is scooting on the floor, but not crawling yet. I think it is only a matter of time.
Training has been slow lately. I have just started getting back into it over the last couple of weeks. I have been doing some strength training and swimming. Occassionally I will run, but I have not touched the bike in weeks.
I am getting involved in a couple of outside projects that I will update on as I can. Otherwise life is good.
